Your data will be collected when you make a query, first book or attend for a session or course of flight or ground training, or attend to complete an examination or assessment. We will let you know if providing some personal data is optional, including asking for your consent to process it. You must provide your personal data in all other cases for us to offer you flight or ground training and examining services.
The type of personal data that we will collect and use:
· Full name and address and contact information (eg. Home, work, mobile telephone numbers and email addresses)
· Date of birth to make sure you are eligible to take flying and ground training lessons, fly solo, complete examinations or assessments, and apply for a licence.
· Nationality and place of birth.
· Details of your Civil Aviation Authority issued medical or medical declaration as required to fly solo and apply for a pilot’s licence.
· Details of any licences, logbooks, application forms and personal reference numbers as required to complete your student records.
· Details of your passport or driving licence for the purpose of identifying you.
